Who we are

Stand For Innocence is more than just a website—it’s a movement built on truth, justice, and the refusal to be silenced. Founded by a Texas teacher, coach, and ordained minister who was wrongfully charged with a felony after reporting abuse against his niece with intellectual disabilities, this platform exists to expose how the justice system can turn on the very people trying to protect the vulnerable.

We are a family. A voice. A stand.
We are educators, veterans, parents, and advocates who believe no one should be punished for telling the truth.

This site was created to shine a light on the misconduct that led to the arrest of an innocent man and the targeting of his entire family—all because they stood by a victim the system chose to ignore. It’s a digital archive of truth, built with care, courage, and documentation that proves innocence beyond doubt.

But more than that, we are here to protect others from facing the same fate. We speak not only for ourselves, but for every family silenced by fear, every advocate punished for doing what’s right, and every vulnerable person whose voice was buried beneath politics and power.

This is not just our story. This is a call to action—for transparency, accountability, and compassion in the face of injustice.

Together, we stand for the innocent.
We hope you will, too.
